Label Ready Hub
Label Ready Hub connects students with independent music mentors for paid 1-on-1 sessions. We provide the platform for discovery and booking — we are not a party to the mentorship itself, and mentors are independent, not our employees.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Anyone may apply to become a mentor. Approval is at our sole discretion. Being approved does not guarantee bookings, income, or continued access — we may suspend or remove a mentor's listing at any time, including for conduct that harms students or the platform's reputation.
When you book a session, you agree to pay the listed price via Stripe. Payment is collected before or as part of confirming your session, depending on the mentor's setup.
Refund and rescheduling terms may vary by mentor. If no specific policy is stated at time of booking, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable; earlier cancellations may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. Contact us to request one.
Both students and mentors are expected to communicate respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
Mentor sessions provide feedback and advice based on personal experience. They are not a guarantee of label signing, commercial success, or any specific outcome. Advice given by mentors reflects their own opinion, not that of Label Ready Hub.
Label Ready Hub is provided "as is." We are not liable for the conduct, advice, or actions of any mentor or student, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
